All Video and eLearning Training Programs and Support Materials
Thank you for selecting Diversity and Inclusion Center learning solutions. We hope these resources will be effective components in your organization’s training curriculum.
Please note that you have certain rights as well as some restrictions on your use of these programs. If you disagree with any of these rights or limitations, please do not purchase our products. YOUR USE OF OUR MATERIALS INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO COMPLY WITH THE LIMITATIONS OUTLINED WITH THIS LICENSE.
If you have purchased CDs / DVDs / USBs from us in the past, you MAY use the video, CD, DVD or USB as often as you need to train employees within your organization.
You MAY NOT use these materials to train people outside of your organization, nor may you lend, rent, sell or otherwise make this Program available to any person or entity that is not a part of your organization. Training consultants who are contracted to provide training using a training program from Diversity and Inclusion Center are permitted to use our products within their customers’ organizations.
You MAY make as many copies of the printed and CD-ROM support literature as you need for your internal training needs.
You MAY NOT make any copies of the videotape(s), DVDs or USBs in any form whatsoever, including but not limited to “safety” copies, archive copies, audio copies, digitized video copies, or any other copy.
You MAY show the Program to individuals or groups of any size in one location at a time.
CDs, DVDs, USBs MAY NOT be used to broadcast or transmit this Program using any technology whatsoever including, but not limited to, closed-circuit broadcast, local area broadcasts, cable-cast, intranet or internet transmission, video server transmission, satellite transmission or any other multiple location technology.
NOTE: As of September 2022, we offer our training materials via online options only. See “Online Streaming” below for classroom and virtual video use.

Shipping Information for Books, Instruments or Other Print Materials
If you need urgent or overnight shipping, please call or text us at 407.859.1191.
We ship our products via FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority and offer multiple options. Orders received in our database by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, Monday through Friday, will typically be shipped the following business day.
Orders received after 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed within two business days. All orders are subject to product availability. You will be notified if there is a problem shipping your order.
Couriers sometimes choose to not leave a package if there is no one available to sign for it, particularly at apartments. If your order is a RUSH, please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for it. To ensure delivery, please provide a street address and NOT a P.O. Box.

Returns and Replacements Policy
Diversity and Inclusion Center guarantees the quality of our programs.
As of September 2022, we no longer provide our videos via USB, DVD or CD. If there is a defect in a previously-purchased video CD, DVD, USB or other product, please notify us about other ways to receive your training content.
If you lose a video CD, DVD, USB or other video-related product, please contact us to purchase a discounted replacement option.
Preview Strongly Suggested
Diversity and Inclusion Center makes it possible to preview our programs in their entirety online. Our facilitation materials are also available for online review at no charge. We strongly recommend that customers view the complete program and support materials BEFORE making a decision to license a product from Diversity and Inclusion Center. There should, therefore, be no need to return / refund a Program once it has been licensed for training and returns will not be accepted.
In unusual special cases (for example where the wrong program was ordered by mistake), a program may be exchanged for another program from Diversity and Inclusion Center. Please contact us if you have such a special situation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express payments in U.S. dollars via our shopping basket. Checks and money orders are also accepted upon advance receipt. Purchase orders are accepted for orders over $100.00. Please call 407.859.1191 to make arrangements.

Acquisition of Information. We do not acquire any more information about consumers than is required by law or is otherwise necessary to provide a high level of service efficiently and securely.
Internal Privacy. We train all of our team members about the importance of privacy. We give access to information about consumers only to those team members who require it to perform their jobs.
Security Measures. We make access to privacy-sensitive information subject to rigorous procedural and technological controls, consistent with legal requirements and the demands of customer service. Online orders are processed through our online store which encrypts your confidential information using Secure Socket Layers (SSL) protocol.
Disclosure to Third Parties. We will provide individually-identifiable information about consumers to third parties only if it is necessary to process transactions and provide our services, or we are compelled to do so by order of a duly-empowered governmental authority. We do not provide consumer information to other parties, other than to the extent necessary to serve and communicate with our customers, unless we have the express permission of the consumer.
Our Mailing List: When you select “Yes, Update Me” or submit contact forms, preview access forms and other email opt-ins, you will automatically be added to our Diversity & Inclusion Center mailing list for the purpose of occasionally informing you about Diversity & Inclusion Center news.
